Blue Man Group at Paramount Theatre Seattle

The Blue Man group started as a trio of friends finding new ways to explore, observe and comment on the world, beginning with street performances to then putting on shows at underground venues. Now, over 50 million people have experienced the live shows of The Blue Man Group, and this year they’re presenting their latest show, ‘Speechless’ – all the material is new, but their skin is still blue. The Blue Man Group will be at the Paramount Theatre this fall, mute yet saying a huge amount as they present ‘Speechless’. New, original compositions, acts and instruments will mesh together to create moments of joy, comments on social expectations and interactions whilst generating a universal connection with audiences that unites us all beyond words. Who can forget certain joyful inventions from The Blue Man Group, such as their Snorklebone and Pipeulum? Or their innocent following of the ‘Rock Concert Instruction Manual’? Their ‘Speechless’ show will present new inventions, aimed to astound, shock and tickle the funny bone as they share their ideas and music, creating an escape for the audience from our ‘always-on’ world, whilst continuing their search for the elusive ‘present moment’ feeling and understanding our blue planet. Join them on their search and have some laughs on the way.
