The time has come and fans are getting well and truly ready for the big event as the incredible duo hit the road and bring their brand new record to the stage! The North American dates have NOW been released!!

Firm favorites on the folk scene, First Aid Kit have been making a name for themselves since the very beginning. The Swedish sisters – Klara on Vocals and Guitar and Johanna Söderberg on Vocals, Keyboards, Bass Guitar and Autoharp have shared throughout the years their talent with the world and stepped up their status from their local music scene to now global success. Taking to the US this Fall to share new material… With a musical background growing up they would practise how to harmonise together on songs by the likes of Judy Garland – a skill that seems so effortless now. Together they create a beautiful soundscape on stage, their voices so smoothly harmonising together and an added embellishment from top class musicians in their live band.

Throwing back to the start of their career, First Aid Kit revolutionised the music scene with their cover of Fleet Foxes's "Tiger Mountain Peasant Song" – with a YouTube release that went viral, they quickly turned into a must-see group for so many. Now til this date they have released a total of four studio albums, two EP's and some catchy singles, all of which have been continuously in the charts. Mostly known for their wonderful song Emmylou which Rolling Stone magazine titled as the #10 "Single of the Year" in 2012, just a year after it's release, First Aid Kit were awarded the Nordic Music Prize for Best Nordic 2012 Album. Triumphs and recognition hasn't stopped ever since for the duo.
