Soulful rock singer songwriter Hozier comes to Paramount Theatre Seattle on Thursday 18th October 2018! The "Take Me to Church" sensation is touring North America to promote his recent EP, Nina Called Power, which features an incredible collaboration on the title track with soul and gospel legend Mavis Staples! He will also be performing brand new material from his eagerly awaited upcoming second album – plenty of reason for fans to rejoice!

Irish musician, singer and songwriter Hozier found instant success in 2013 with the release of his debut EP Take Me to Church. His hit single of the same name went viral on YouTube and by October of that year had reached number one on iTunes. In March 2014, he released a follow-up EP, From Eden, and he released his eponymous debut album, Hozier on 19 September 2014. The album was eventually certified double platinum by the RIAA and launched five singles, including "Take Me to Church", "Work Song", and "From Eden", which had featured on his two previous EPs. In 2015, "Take Me to Church" was nominated for Song of the Year at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards and the ceremony featured Hozier performing the song with Annie Lennox. In November of that year, he won the VH1 Artist of the Year Award. His most recent release, an EP titled Nina Called Power, was released in September 2018 and features a collaboration with Mavis Staples on the title track.
