Kaskade, real name Ryan Gary Raddon is a DJ and producer who rose to prominence during the revival of American progressive house in late 2008–early 2009 alongside acts such as deadmau5 and Wolfgang Gartner. His musical career started in 1995, when he began to DJ a monthly night party at a venue called Club Manhattan, using the income to expand upon his home studio. He alter moved to San Francisco, which coincidently happened to be seeing an emerging surge of interest in deep house music. Working as an A&R Representative for the Om Records label, Kaskade was soon signed to them and released his full-length debut “It’s You It’s Me”.
The album was a huge success, with audiences and critics alike, seeing the release of several singles, and earning the coveted Dance star nomination for Best New Artist! From there, Kaskade began to experiment further, developing his own distinct sound. Into September 2015, he released the album “Automatic”, his 9th full-length studio release to date!!
