Former Mythbusters star Adam Savage is taking his talents and his wacky stories from inside the lab to the Paramount Theatre in Seattle on Saturday, October 18th. To a lot of people, this man was a massive part of their childhood, so you might be happy to know that he's still going strong, putting his body at risk for the sake of science. He'll have a ton of stories to share with the audience from his time on the show and maybe clear up some of the gossip that has always followed his relationship with co-star Jamie Hyneman.

What is it like to spend an evening with Adam Savage? Naturally, you'll have to be at the Paramount Theatre to figure out exactly what he's going to be doing when he steps out on stage. In the past, though, he's done live appearances that involve putting on certain science experiments on stage. He even described these live appearances as part magic show. Naturally, his expertise is not in magic, but in other areas, let's say. Also, there's bound to be a part of the show that serves as a Q&A. A lot of people come out to these performances to hear old stories from a person's life. You gotta believe plenty of folks, maybe including yourself, want to know about Adam's Mythbusters days!
One of the cool things about Adam Savage is that he's essentially still doing the same things that you probably grew up seeing him do on the Discovery Channel. He's on YouTube with a show called "Tested." You guess it, he does all sorts of wacky experiments here to try and prove different things. If you're one of those people who are curious about accidents in the lab, he's still got plenty of those to talk about, even from his time post Mythbusters. Plus, he's a very down-to-earth celebrity who enjoys his time with the audience, and you can feel that just from afar.
Where might the best seats be for a show like this? If you're close enough to the stage, you're going to have perhaps a better chance of interacting with Adam directly. However, if he does do some of the science stuff that is usually a part of his live shows, you might find yourself having to look up, like when you're sitting in the front row at the movies. In that case, a centered position a few rows removed from the stage might be best!
