Synopsis

Set in the colorful and gritty streets of Manhattan's Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, the story follows 17-year-old Ali, a fiery teen’s quest for identity amid her overprotective single mother’s protective eye. Follow Ali as she rebels and uncovers her musical talent through piano lessons with her wise mentor, Miss Liza Jane, and ignites a romance with street drummer Knuck. Conflicts rise with family drama involving her distant father, Davis. Through victories and challenges, Ali learns to embrace her voice, her roots, and the neighborhood that defines her. This universal and relatable coming-of-age journey is packed with defiance, connection, and the power of music.
