The International Ballet Theatre celebrates its 25th year this 2025 to 2026 season. The company is based in Seattle, Washington and currently led by artistic director Vera Altunina. The IBT focuses on traditional performances and promotes the art of classic choreographies in the modern world. This 2025 to 2026 season, IBT is commmited in preserving classical ballet through outstanding and authentic productions. Current principal dancers include Elizabeth Cameron, Natan Lubow, Daria Naumova, Marcelo Vergarra-Ochoa, Leo Rose, and Ash Scalzo Zakharenko. The company also has an ensemble of apprentices scouted from all over the globe.
