Los Tucanes De Tijuana from Baja has conquered the international scene with iconic titles, such as “El Amor Soñado,” “Amor Platonico,” “Secuestro De Amor,” and more. The band brings in many listeners from across the world and is revered for their outstanding live performances. This summer, the band extended their U.S. outing and will be dropping by several more cities than initially planned. Due to insistent public demand, Los Tucanes De Tijuana will deliver several more shows in key cities, including a stop in Seattle, Washington. On Thursday, 6th June 2024, norteño music fans are looking at a fully packed setlist at the Paramount Theatre Seattle. The band is anticipated to deliver three decades' worth of catalog. A festival favorite, Los Tucanes De Tijuana is guaranteed to perform a terrific variety of tunes, from upbeat numbers to easygoing staples. The six-member band will also serve incredible musicianship and fantastic stage presence. The band comprises two original members: founder Mario Quintero Lara and David Jesus Fabela. Together, they led the band with long-time members Alfredo Gonzales and Gustavo Valenzuela. In 2018, bassist Luis Adrian Cazares joined the band.
Emerging from Tijuana in 1987, the band pioneered a more raw and aggressive form of Nortenõ music. Los Tucanes De Tijuana moved on to achieve incredible commercial success in Mexico. Their extraordinary work has earned them numerous accolades, including a Latin Grammy Award, nine Lo Nuestro Award nominations, and multiple Grammy nominations. Los Tucanes De Tijuana has dropped a total of countless studio efforts, including the award-winning 2012 album 365 Dias.
