Both performers have successful music careers as solo artists and have achieved a great sense of emotional depth with their guitar playing. Both performers are celebrated in the rock and metal scene and have garnered large followings.
Progressive metal band Animals As Leaders have created a unique djent influenced instrumental music that have captivated listeners from across the globe. In 2011, they gained immense prominence in 2011 with the release of their sophomore album, Weightless. The effort charted in three Billboard categories, including peaking at number 7 on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart. The band would later top the same chart with their 2016 album, The Madness of Many.
