And with Thievery Corporation coming to town this September on Friday the 12th for their 2025 North America Tour - we just KNOW that we’re in for one of those once in a lifetime, can’t miss shows from the dynamic duo. With thirty years in the game since they first took the stage, the Thievery boys are coming for heads all year long, and cementing their three decades long career with special moments all across the country. They’ll also be hitting stages like Bogart’s in Cincinnatti, Chicago’s Radius, The Orange Peel in North Carolina, Bel Aire in Vegas, Houston and Dallas, and of course - right here in Seattle at the Paramount.

Thievery Corporation was created by Rob Garza and Eric Holton back in 1995 in D.C.’s Eighteenth Street Lounge. Connected by their love of eclectic electronic and jazz ballads, the boys came up with Thievery Corporation after meeting at the bar weekly, and then eventually doing some work in the studio. Using a variety of instruments and entangling their sound in genres like dub lounge, trip hop and downtempo, the band has made a name for themselves for bridging the gap between an era of 20th century and modern experimental sounds. And with over three million listeners across all streaming platforms, tons of festival debuts happening this year for their thousands of fans, and critics hailing their new tour as a place where you’ll dance, sweat, yet be amazed by the lack of electronic music tropes the boys put into the set. Garza recently said in an interview “Our shows are VERY live, lots of energy, the combination of multiple instruments and singers that take you on a musical journey,” said Garza, “It's a multicultural experience, people connect to the band and to each other, it’s beautiful.”
